Delivery Charges

Free delivery for all orders above $100 in one order. 

We charge a $10 delivery fee for all other standard delivery orders.


When Will I Receive My Sake?

If you order before 2pm on a weekday, we can deliver your sake on the next day (except for Sundays). Any orders made after the 2pm cut-off time will be processed on the next business day and you should receive your sake the day after that. 


Orders placed over the weekend on or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day for delivery on the day after that. 


What if I am Not Home When the Delivery is Made? 

If nobody is home when we attempt to deliver your sake, we will contact you to arrange another delivery time. A $15 delivery fee will be charged for each subsequent standard delivery attempt to make delivery.


Can I Cancel My Order? 

Once an order has been placed and accepted, you will not be able to cancel the order unless you receive our written confirmation permitting you to cancel the order. Please note that we will not be able to cancel any order any later than the business day before the scheduled delivery date. 


Refunds and Returns

We take immense pride in making some of the best sake available to our customers. However, we recognize that sometimes issues may arise. 

Upon receipt of the delivery, we ask that you check that you have received all of the correct items in your order. If you receive an incorrect sake or your sake is damaged upon receipt, you must notify us immediately at +65 9657 7529 or info@sakesho.app so that we can assist you. We reserve the right to reject your request for a credit, refund or replacement if you do not notify us of the issue immediately after delivery or we cannot verify that the sake is damaged or incorrect.
